Effect of psychological analysis and nursing on the mental state and complications of patients after liver transplantation
心理分析及护理对肝脏移植术后患者精神状态及并发症的影响

摘要

目的 浅析肝脏移植术患者采用心理分析及护理进行住院期指导，为缓解患者治疗压力，保持良好精神状态提供支持，积极预防并发症。方法 选取2022年6月至2024年5月收治的肝脏移植术患者30例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用心理分析及护理，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者心理弹性指标优于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者并发症率低于对照组，但未见统计学差异（P＞0.05）。在生活质量评分对比中，观察组患者评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对肝脏移植术患者实施心理分析及护理的效果显著，有助于缓解患者的治疗压力，保持乐观的状态，并有助于患者生活质量的改善，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the liver transplantation patients using psychological analysis and nursing for hospitalization guidance, to provide support to relieve the treatment pressure of patients, maintain a good mental state, and actively prevent complications.
Methods Selected 30 liver transplantation patients admitted from June 2022 to May 2024, and the control group adopted basic nursing; the observation group used psychological analysis and nursing to compare the clinical nursing effect.
Results The resilience index of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05); moreover, the complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, but no statistical difference was seen (P> 0.05). In the quality of life score comparison, the observed group patient score was higher than the control group, and the contrast difference was significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of psychological analysis and nursing for liver transplantation patients is remarkable, which is helpful to relieve the treatment pressure of patients, maintain an optimistic state, and help the improvement of the quality of life of patients, which is worth promoting.
