摘要
目的 探讨微信平台的延伸性护理对足踝部骨折术后关节管理质量的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年1月内接收的行足踝部骨折术患者100例，按随机数字表分对照组和观察组，各50例。其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采用微信平台的延伸性护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果 护理前，两组关节管理质量和足踝关节功能评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。经护理后，观察组关节管理质量评分、足踝关节功能评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组各项自护能力评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05），并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 实施微信平台的延伸性护理能有效改善患者足踝关节功能，提升其关节管理质量和自护能力，提高护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective Exploring the impact of extended nursing on the quality of joint management after ankle fracture surgery on the WeChat platform. Methods 100 patients who underwent ankle fracture surgery between January 2024 and May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 patients in each group, according to a random number table. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received extended nursing care through the WeChat platform. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of joint management and ankle joint function scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After nursing care, the joint management quality score and ankle joint function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); The self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing extended care on WeChat platform can effectively improve patients' ankle joint function, enhance their joint management quality and self-care ability, increase nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and has high application value.
