多元化教育+心理干预在老年脑梗塞患者中的应用效果及治疗依从性影响分析

摘要

目的 探究在老年脑梗塞患者的护理中,多元化教育+心理干预的应用效果以及对患者治疗依从性的影响。方法 选择2025年1月-2025年7月我院接收的40例老年脑梗塞患者纳入研究,随机分为两组各20例,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予多元化教育+心理干预护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 与对照组相比,观察组干预后的NIHSS评分和HAMA、HAMD评分更低,且FMA评分和治疗依从性(95.00%)更高(P<0.05)。结论 多元化教育与心理干预相结合,能有效提高脑梗塞患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的神经功能、肢体功能,缓解不良情绪状态,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of diversified education and psychological intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, as well as their impact on treatment compliance.
Methods Forty elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to July 2025 were selected for the study and randomly divided into two groups of 20 each. The control group received routine nursing measures, while the observation group received diversified education and psychological intervention nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower NIHSS scores, HAMA and HAMD scores after intervention, and higher FMA scores and treatment compliance (95.00%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of diversified education and psychological intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with cerebral infarction, improve their neurological and limb functions, alleviate their negative emotional states of anxiety and depression, and has high clinical application value.
