A study on the value of solution-focused nursing model in regulating psychological state and improving rehabilitation compliance during the recovery period of patients in the neurosurgical intensive care unit (NICU)
聚焦解决模式护理在神经外科重症监护室（NICU）患者康复期心理状态调节与康复依从性提升中的价值研究

摘要

目的 探讨研究聚焦解决模式护理在神经外科重症监护室（NICU）患者康复期心理状态调节与康复依从性提升中的价值。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2025年6月期间收治60例神经外科重症监护室（NICU）患者作为研究对象，随机模式分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（在常规护理基础上实施聚焦解决模式护理），每组30例。并对比两组心理状况调节和康复依从性提升。结果 观察组患者在康复期的SAS和SDS评分低于对照组，康复依从性评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义。结论 聚焦解决模式护理可以有效调节神经外科重症监护室（NICU）患者康复期心理状态，从而提高康复依从性，具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the value of the solution-focused nursing model in regulating psychological state and improving rehabilitation compliance during the recovery period of patients in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Methods Sixty patients admitted to the NICU of our hospital from January 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group (receiving routine care) and an observation group (receiving the solution-focused nursing model in addition to routine care), with 30 patients in each group. The regulation of psychological status and the improvement of rehabilitation compliance were compared between the two groups.
Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group during the recovery period were lower than those of the control group, while the rehabilitation compliance score was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The solution-focused nursing model can effectively regulate the psychological state of NICU patients during their recovery period, thereby improving their rehabilitation compliance. It holds value for clinical promotion and application.
