功能性便秘是一种常见的消化系统疾病，主要由肠道蠕动不佳引起。随着时代与经济的不断发展，人们的饮食结构也随之改变，小儿出现便秘的情况也有所增加。小儿功能性便秘是一种儿科较为常见的疾病，患儿通常表现为排便次数减少、排便时间变长、大便干燥坚硬难以排出，部分患儿还会出现腹痛、食欲下降等情况。西医常用药物进行治疗，虽可在短期内取得成效，但由于患儿肺腑娇嫩，易产生多种不良反应，且长期用药可能会产生赖药性，影响治疗效果。中医推拿治疗法是一种传统的外治疗法，可通过按摩穴位改善患儿排便困难的症状，具有操作简单、性价比高、无副作用等优点，更加适用于年龄尚小的患儿。

Functional constipation is a common digestive system disease mainly caused by poor intestinal peristalsis. With the continuous development of the times and economy, people's dietary structure has also changed, and the occurrence of constipation in children has increased. Functional constipation in children is a common disease in pediatrics, characterized by reduced frequency and longer duration of bowel movements, dry and hard stools that are difficult to expel, and some children may also experience abdominal pain and decreased appetite. Commonly used Western medicine drugs for treatment can achieve short-term results, but due to the delicate nature of the patient's lungs, various adverse reactions are prone to occur, and long-term medication may lead to drug dependence, affecting the treatment effect. Traditional Chinese massage therapy is a traditional external treatment method that can improve the symptoms of difficulty in defecation in children by massaging acupoints. It has the advantages of simple operation, high cost-effectiveness, and no side effects, and is more suitable for young children.
