Comparative analysis of ultrasound-assisted pulmonary physiotherapy and conventional nursing in the treatment of severe pneumonia
重症肺炎患者治疗中超声辅助肺部物理治疗与常规护理的对比分析

摘要

目的 比较重症肺炎患者接受常规护理和超声辅助物理治疗的治疗效果。方法 本研究选择48例重症肺炎患者，随机分为常规护理组（对照组）和超声辅助物理治疗组（观察组），各24人。通过比较干预前后各组肺部炎症因子TNFα，IL6，IL8以及患者的呼吸力学Raw，PIP，Cdyn，Wob的改变来评估治疗效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组的TNFα，IL6，IL8的水平均显著降低（P＜0.05），Raw，PIP显著降低，Cdyn，Wob显著增加（P＜0.05）。结论 超声辅助物理治疗可以有效改善重症肺炎患者的肺部炎症反应和呼吸力学参数，提高患者的治疗效果，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of conventional nursing and ultrasound-assisted physiotherapy in patients with severe pneumonia.
Methods A total of 48 patients with severe pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into the conventional nursing group(control group)and the ultrasound-assisted physiotherapy group(observation group),with 24 patients in each group. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by comparing the changes in pulmonary inflammatory factors TNFα,IL6,IL8 and respiratory mechanics Raw, PIP, Cdyn, Wob before and after intervention in each group.
Results Compared with the control group, the levels of TNFα,IL6,IL8 in the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),Raw and PIP were significantly decreased, and Cdyn and Wob were significantly increased(P<0.05).
Conclusion   Ultrasound-assisted physiotherapy can effectively improve the pulmonary inflammatory response and respiratory mechanics parameters in patients with severe pneumonia, enhance the therapeutic effects, and is worthy of promotion and application.
