Application of 8S management integration list reform nursing model in mechanical ventilation airway management of critically ill patients in RICU
8S管理融合清单改革护理模式在RICU重症患者机械通气气道管理中的应用

摘要

目的 为进一步提高RICU重症患者机械通气气道管理效果，本课题将围绕8S管理融合清单改革护理模式的应用效果开展论述，检验应用价值。方法 实验选择于2024年4月开始，至2025年4月结束，以该期间RICU重症患者机械通气治疗患者作为实验观察主体，筛选其中80例，并利用随机数字表、计算机生成序列形式将所有患者分成两组，即对照组（常规护理）、观察组（8S管理融合清单改革护理模式），详细记录不同护理结局，利用统计学系统（SPSS）完成对比分析，观察差异表现。结果 在不同护理影响下，观察组患者机械通气时间、RICU住院时间缩短，脱机成功率、痰痴形成情况、呼吸机相关肺炎发生率减少，痰液粘稠度分级情况显优，护理管理质量评分显示较高数值，与对照组相比P值均显示＜0.05标准，有可比性。结论 在RICU重症患者机械通气气道管理中实施8S管理融合清单改革护理模式可明显提高康复效果，有利于改善痰液粘稠情况，降低痰痴形成及相关并发症风险，促进脱机成功，值得参考借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To further improve the effectiveness of mechanical ventilation airway management for critically ill patients in RICU, this study will discuss the application effects of the 8S Management Integration Checklist Reform Nursing Model and evaluate its practical value.
Methods The experiment was conducted from April 2024 to April 2025, with 80 critically ill patients receiving mechanical ventilation treatment in RICU serving as the experimental subjects. All patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table and computer-generated sequence: the control group (conventional care) and the observation group (8S Management Integration Checklist Reform Nursing Model). Detailed records of different nursing outcomes were documented, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS to compare differences.
Results Under different nursing interventions, patients in the observation group showed shorter mechanical ventilation duration and RICU hospitalization time, reduced success rates of disconnection, decreased sputum retention formation, lower incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia, significantly improved sputum viscosity grading, and higher nursing management quality scores. Compared with the control group, all P values were <0.05, indicating statistically significant differences.
Conclusion   Implementing the 8S Management Integration Checklist Reform Nursing Model in RICU critically ill patients' mechanical ventilation airway management can significantly enhance recovery outcomes, improve sputum viscosity, reduce risks of sputum retention and related complications, and promote successful disconnection. This approach is worthy of reference.
