Analysis on the effect of high quality nursing concept in patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic surgery
优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的子宫内膜息肉行宫腔镜术治疗的患者80例进行研究，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用常规术后护理，观察组实施基于优质护理理念的护理方案，对比两组患者术后疼痛程度、阴道出血时间、并发症发生率、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果 观察组术后疼痛程度低于对照组，阴道出血时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，住院时间更短，护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理理念应用于子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者，能有效减轻患者疼痛，缩短康复时间，降低并发症风险，提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of high-quality nursing care in patients who have undergone hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps.
Methods A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyps treated with hysteroscopy at our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected for study. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine postoperative care, while the observation group was provided with a nursing plan based on high-quality nursing principles. The study compared the two groups in terms of postoperative pain, vaginal bleeding duration, complication rates, hospital stay, and nursing satisfaction.
Results The observation group experienced less postoperative pain, shorter vaginal bleeding duration, lower complication rates, shorter hospital stays, and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Applying high-quality nursing care to patients who have undergone hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps can effectively reduce pain, shorten recovery time, lower the risk of complications, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
