摘要
目的 探究安全文化理念用于妇产科护理管理所起到的作用。方法 2024年8月-12月本院妇产科未开展安全文化管理工作期间接诊的病人100名为对照组，2025年1月-5月本院妇产科开展安全文化管理工作期间接诊的病人100名为试验组。对比不良事件等指标。结果 关于不良事件：试验组1.0%，对照组7.0%，P＜0.05。护理管理质量：试验组服务态度（96.31±2.51）分、环境安全（94.26±3.04）分、基础护理（95.82±2.97）分，对照组服务态度（88.43±4.16）分、环境安全（90.04±3.75）分、基础护理（89.23±4.39）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组97.0%，对照组79.0%，P＜0.05。结论 妇产科护理管理用安全文化理念，不良事件预防效果更好，护理质量改善也更加显著，病人满意度更高。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of safety culture concepts on obstetric and gynecological nursing management. Methods From August to December 2024,100 patients were treated in the obstetric and gynecological department without safety culture management. From January to May 2025,100 patients were treated during the implementation of safety culture management. The study compared adverse events and other indicators. Results Regarding adverse events, the trial group had a rate of 1.0%, while the control group had a rate of 7.0%, P<0.05. In terms of nursing management quality, the trial group scored 96.31±2.51 in service attitude, 94.26±3.04 in environmental safety, and 95.82±2.97 in basic nursing, while the control group scored 88.43±4.16 in service attitude, 90.04±3.75 in environmental safety, and 89.23±4.39 in basic nursing, with significant differences (P<0.05). Patient satisfaction was 97.0% in the trial group and 79.0% in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Applying safety culture concepts to obstetric and gynecological nursing management leads to better prevention of adverse events, more significant improvements in nursing quality, and higher patient satisfaction.
