摘要
本研究旨在探讨基于循证的约束护理规范化方案在躁动型精神障碍患者中的应用效果。通过系统回顾相关文献，结合临床实践，制定了一套规范化的约束护理方案，并在临床中进行应用研究。结果显示，该方案能显著降低患者约束期间的并发症发生率，提高护理质量，改善患者及家属的满意度。研究结论表明，基于循证的约束护理规范化方案在躁动型精神障碍患者中具有重要的临床应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of an evidence-based standardized care protocol for restraint nursing in patients with excited mental disorders. By systematically reviewing literature and combining clinical practice, a standardized care protocol for restraint nursing was developed and applied in a clinical study. The results showed that the protocol significantly reduced the incidence of complications during in patients, improved the quality of care, and enhanced the satisfaction of patients and their families. The research conclusion indicates that the evidence-based standardized care protocol for restraint nursing has significant application value in patients with excited mental disorders and is worth promoting.
