摘要

肺癌作为最为常见的恶性肿瘤，具有较高的病死率，属于恶性肿瘤之首，严重威胁人类的健康，对健康和社会带来了较多的经济负担，当前针对于该病以手术治疗为主，胸腔镜作为常用的手术方式，但患者出现并发症的机率较高，常见的肺漏气、胸腔积液，影响患者术后恢复，故为患者提供有效的护理，降低患者出现并发症，促进患者的快速康复十分重要^[1]。快速康复外理念作为一种新型的护理模式，该种护理以患者为中心，将外科、护理、麻醉、营养等多学科进行合作，实现了术前、术中、术后各个路径的优化，实现了医院、医生、患者、家属的共赢模式，促进患者术后快速康复，本文就快速康复外科理念在肺癌胸镜手术围术期中的应用效果进行讨论，详见下文。

Abstract

Lung cancer, as the most common malignant tumor with a high mortality rate, ranks first among malignancies and poses significant threats to human health. It imposes substantial economic burdens on both individuals and society. Currently, surgical treatment remains the primary approach for this disease, with thoracoscopy being the commonly used surgical method. However, patients face higher risks of complications such as pneumothorax and pleural effusion, which hinder postoperative recovery. Therefore, providing effective nursing care to reduce complication risks and promote rapid rehabilitation is crucial^[1]. The Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Concept, as a novel nursing model, adopts a patient-centered approach that integrates collaboration across multiple disciplines including surgery, nursing, anesthesia, and nutrition. This integrated approach optimizes preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative pathways, creating a win-win model involving hospitals, physicians, patients, and families to accelerate postoperative recovery.
