摘要
目的 探讨中药穴位贴敷护理在改善妇科腹腔镜术后患者呕吐、腹胀中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2024年7月-2025年7月期间收治80例妇科行腹腔镜术患者作为本次研究对象，通过抛硬币方法，按1:1比例被随机分配至对照组和观察组，每组40例。根据护理模式不同，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上增加中药穴位贴敷护理，对比两组患者呕吐和腹胀情况、胃肠道功能、胃泌素（GAS）和胃动素（MTL）水平以及不良反应率。结果 护理后，观察组患者呕吐持续时间以及腹胀缓解时间均短于对照组，胃肠道功能恢复情况优质于对照组，胃泌素（GAS）和胃动素（MTL）水平也低于对照组，具有统计学意义；且两组不良反应率比较，无统计学意义。结论 采用中药穴位贴敷护理应用在妇科腹腔镜术后患者中，可以显著缩短呕吐持续时间、腹胀缓解时间，促进胃肠道功能恢复，降低胃泌素（GAS）水平和胃动素（MTL）水平，且安全性良好，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) acupoint sticking nursing in improving vomiting and abdominal distension in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital between July 2024 and July 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group in a 1:1 ratio using the coin toss method, with 40 patients in each group. Based on the different nursing models, the control group received routine care, while the observation group received additional acupoint application therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on top of routine care. The two groups were compared in terms of vomiting and abdominal distension, gastrointestinal function, levels of gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL), as well as the incidence of adverse reactions.. Results After nursing, the duration of vomiting and the time to relief of abdominal distension in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the recovery of gastrointestinal function was better, and the levels of GAS and MTL were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance. Meanwhile, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion The application of TCM acupoint sticking nursing in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can significantly shorten the duration of vomiting and the time to relief of abdominal distension, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, reduce the levels of GAS and MTL, and demonstrate good safety, making it worthy of promotion.
