The role of humanistic care in the nursing of otolaryngological endoscopy examination
耳鼻喉内镜检查护理中人文关怀的作用

摘要

目的 浅析耳鼻喉内镜检查患者采用人文关怀护理进行指导，为患者检查方面提供建议。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月本院接受治疗且签署知情同意书的耳鼻喉内镜检查患者80例，采取随机原则将纳入本次研究患者平均分成2组，选择人文关怀护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组，对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者的人文关怀评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者检查满意度高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对耳鼻喉内镜检查患者实施人文关怀护理的效果显著，有助于提高满意度，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the guidance of humanistic care nursing for patients undergoing otolaryngological endoscopy, and provide suggestions for patients' examination.
Methods Eighty patients who received treatment and signed informed consent forms for ear, nose, and throat endoscopy in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. The patients included in this study were randomly divided into two groups: an observation group receiving humanistic care and a control group receiving routine care. The nursing effects were compared.
Results The humanistic care score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); In addition, the satisfaction of the observation group patients with the examination was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of humanistic care nursing for patients undergoing otolaryngological endoscopy has a significant effect, which helps to improve satisfaction and has a definite intervention effect.
