Development and clinical application of evidence-based nursing guidelines for bone and soft tissue tumors
基于循证的骨肿瘤与软组织肿瘤护理指南构建与临床应用

摘要

目的 构建基于循证的骨肿瘤与软组织肿瘤护理指南，并探讨其在临床应用中的效果。方法 通过系统检索国内外数据库，筛选相关文献，采用德尔菲法对20名肿瘤护理专家进行两轮咨询，构建护理指南。选取2023年1月至2024年1月我院收治的60例骨肿瘤与软组织肿瘤患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）和实验组（30例），对照组采用常规护理，实验组应用循证护理指南进行护理。观察两组患者并发症发生率、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果 实验组并发症发生率为10.0%（3/30），低于对照组的30.0%（9/30），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组护理满意度为93.3%（28/30），高于对照组的70.0%（21/30），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组生活质量评分（82.5±6.3）分高于对照组（70.2±5.8）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 基于循证构建的骨肿瘤与软组织肿瘤护理指南临床应用效果显著，可降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度和患者生活质量，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To develop evidence-based nursing guidelines for bone and soft tissue tumors and to evaluate their effectiveness in clinical practice.
Methods Through systematic searches of domestic and international databases, relevant literature was screened, and a two-round Delphi method was used to consult 20 oncology nursing experts to develop the nursing guidelines. A total of 60 patients with bone and soft tissue tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group (30 cases) and an experimental group (30 cases) using a random number table. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group followed the evidence-based nursing guidelines. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life scores were observed in both groups.
Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 10.0%(3/30),significantly lower than the control group's 30.0%(9/30)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 93.3%(28/30),significantly higher than the control group's 70.0%(21/30)(P<0.05).The quality of life score(82.5±6.3)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.2±5.8),with a significant difference(P<0.05).
Conclusion   The evidence-based nursing guidelines for bone and soft tissue tumors have shown significant clinical benefits, reducing the incidence of complications, improving nursing satisfaction, and enhancing patients' quality of life, demonstrating high clinical value.
