标准化视频宣教在牙周炎患者口腔保健护理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨标准化视频宣教对牙周病患者口腔卫生维护效果的影响,为优化健康宣教模式提供依据;方法 选取2024年1月~2025年3月收治的312例牙周病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各156例。实验组接受标准化3D动画视频宣教(含刷牙、牙线使用等技能演示),对照组采用传统纸质手册宣教,两组均于干预前、干预后1个月及3个月评估口腔卫生指数(OHI-S)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)及自我护理行为依从性(采用18分制评分);结果 干预后3个月,实验组OHI-S(1.47±0.31)显著低于对照组(2.13±0.38,p<0.001),SBI(0.89±0.27)显著低于对照组(1.56±0.43,p<0.001);实验组自我护理行为依从性优良率(82.05%)显著高于对照组(58.33%,χ2=32.456,p<0.001);结论 标准化视频宣教可显著改善牙周病患者的口腔卫生状况、减轻牙龈炎症,并提升长期行为依从性,其效果优于传统宣教模式,值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of standardized video education on the oral hygiene maintenance effect of periodontal disease patients, and to provide a basis for optimizing the health education model;
Methods A total of 312 patients with periodontal disease admitted from January 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 156 cases in each group. The experimental group received standardized 3D animation video education (including skill demonstrations such as brushing teeth and flossing usage), while the control group received traditional paper manual education. Both groups were evaluated for oral hygiene index (OHI-S), gingival bleeding index (SBI), and compliance of self-care behaviors (scored on an 18-point scale) before the intervention, 1 month after the intervention, and 3 months after the intervention.
Results Three months after the intervention, the OHI-S in the experimental group (1.47±0.31) was significantly lower than that in the control group (2.13±0.38, p < 0.001), and the SBI (0.89±0.27) was significantly lower than that in the control group (1.56±0.43, p < 0.001). The excellent and good rate of self-care behavior compliance in the experimental group (82.05%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (58.33%, χ2=32.456, p < 0.001).
Conclusion  s Standardized video education can significantly improve the oral hygiene status of patients with periodontal disease, reduce gingival inflammation, and enhance long-term behavioral compliance. Its effect is superior to the traditional education model and is worthy of clinical promotion.
