The application effect of the whole-course health education model in the nursing of type 2 diabetes
全程健康教育模式在2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果

摘要
对在2024年1月起始至2025年1月期间所收治获得的120例呈现2型糖尿病症状的患者群体开展探讨分析。依据随机数字表这种方式,将此120例患者群体划分成为对照组与实验组这两个组别,每个组别均含有60例患者个体。针对于对照组的患者,采用常规的护理方式予以实施护理工作;而针对于实验组的患者,则是在运用常规护理手段的基础之上,进一步执行全程健康教育这一模式进行操作。对两个组别患者在护理工作开展之前与之后的血糖相关指标(其中涵盖空腹时的血糖数值、餐后2小时所测定的血糖数值以及糖化血红蛋白这一指标)、对于糖尿病知识的掌握程度所进行评分的情况以及护理工作获得的满意度情况进行比较。在护理工作尚未开展之前,两个组别的患者在血糖指标、糖尿病知识掌握程度评分方面并不具备显著性质的差异情况(P呈现大于0.05的状态);在护理工作完成之后,实验组患者的空腹血糖数值、餐后2小时的血糖数值以及糖化血红蛋白的水平明显低于对照组患者,而在糖尿病知识掌握程度评分以及护理满意度方面则显著高于对照组患者,此差异具备统计学层面的意义(P呈现小于0.05的状态)。由此能够看出,将全程健康教育模式应用于2型糖尿病患者的护理工作当中,能够对患者的血糖水平起到改善作用,提升患者对于糖尿病知识的掌握程度以及护理工作的满意度,具备较高程度的临床应用价值意义。

Abstract
A survey and analysis were conducted on a population of 120 patients with symptoms of type 2 diabetes who were admitted and treated from January 2024 to January 2025. Based on the random number table method, this group of 120 patients was divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, with each group containing 60 individual patients. For the patients in the control group, conventional nursing methods were adopted to carry out nursing work. For the patients in the experimental group, on the basis of applying conventional nursing methods, the operation was further carried out by implementing the model of full-course health education. The glycemic-related indicators (including fasting blood glucose values, blood glucose values measured 2 hours after meals, and the indicator of glycated hemoglobin) of the two groups of patients before and after the implementation of nursing work, the scoring of their mastery of diabetes knowledge, and the satisfaction with the nursing work were compared. Before the nursing work was carried out, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of blood glucose indicators and the score of diabetes knowledge mastery (P showed a state greater than 0.05). After the completion of the nursing work, the fasting blood glucose values, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose values and glycated hemoglobin levels of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. However, in terms of the score of diabetes knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction, the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. This difference was statistically significant (P showed a state less than 0.05). From this, it can be seen that applying the full-process health education model to the nursing work of patients with type 2 diabetes can improve their blood sugar levels, enhance their mastery of diabetes knowledge and satisfaction with nursing work, and has a high degree of clinical application value and significance.
