胃肠减压是临床治疗胃肠道疾病以及腹部手术前后常用的一项重要措施，其目的在于吸出胃肠道内的气体和液体，减轻胃肠道内压力，改善胃肠壁血液循环，有利于炎症局限，促进胃肠功能恢复等。胃肠减压作为胃肠外科用来治疗疾病一项非常常见及重要的操作，对于治疗疾病，预防并发症有重要的作用。本文详细介绍了一种新型胃肠减压装置，阐述其在临床应用中的原理、结构特点以及相较于传统胃肠减压装置的优势，为临床医护人员在胃肠减压装置的选择上提供参考依据。现临床常用的胃肠减压装置存在一些弊端，比如作为患者及家属倾倒胃液不方便，胃液产生的异味容易导致自我形象紊乱，没有缓解恶心、呕吐的功能，有非计划拔管的风险。对于医护人员有操作不方便，流程繁琐等弊端。本实用新型专利设计的核心是，为临床选择更优的胃肠减压工具，提高医护工作效率，避免感染，提升诊疗效率和患者舒适度。通过改良胃液倾倒方式，祛除异味，减少非计划拔管风险，缓解恶心、呕吐。方便注食注药等改善现常规胃肠减压装置存在的弊端。而且较其他胃肠减压装置，此装置通过稍微改装即可达到很好效果，材料简单易得，经济实惠，既方便患者也方便护士操作，不会额外增加经济负担。

Abstract

Gastrointestinal decompression is a crucial clinical procedure for managing gastrointestinal disorders and during abdominal surgeries. It involves draining gas and fluid from the gastrointestinal tract to reduce pressure, improve blood circulation in the digestive wall, localize inflammation, and restore function. As a fundamental surgical technique, it plays a vital role in disease treatment and complication prevention. This article introduces a novel gastrointestinal decompression device, detailing its clinical application principles, structural features, and advantages over traditional alternatives. Current devices face multiple limitations: inconvenient gastric fluid drainage for patients and families, odor-related self-image issues, ineffective nausea management, and risks of unplanned tube removal. Healthcare providers also encounter operational complexities and cumbersome procedures. The patented design addresses these challenges by optimizing gastric fluid drainage methods, eliminating odors, reducing risks, and alleviating nausea. It enhances feeding and medication administration while improving overall comfort. With minimal modifications, this cost-effective solution offers both patient-friendly and nurse-friendly operation without additional financial burden.
