Analysis and record of the role of music combined with touching in prone and supine position in neonatal nursing
音乐配合先俯后仰卧位抚触在新生儿护理中的作用分析

摘要

目的 分析在新生儿护理中采用音乐配合先俯后仰卧位抚触护理的实际效果；方法 以前瞻性研究为手段，选取2024年1月至2024年12月在我院出生的90例新生儿，以数字随机分组法分为观察组与对照组，各45例。两组分别采用不同体位的抚触护理，对照组采用标准体位抚触护理，观察组采用先俯后仰卧位抚触并配合音乐，比较两组新生儿的哭闹发生率等情况；结果 观察组新生儿的各项临床指标均显优（P<0.05）。观察组新生儿干预后1~4d的哭闹发生率均低于对照组新生儿（P<0.05）；结论 对新生儿采用先俯后仰卧位抚触并联合音乐，能够促进新生儿实现尽早排便，并降低黄疸指数，缓解哭闹症状，显示出良好的应用效果。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical effect of music combined with touching nursing in prone position and supine position in neonatal nursing.
Methods By means of prospective study, 90 newborns born in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The two groups were given touching care in different postures, the control group was given touching care in standard posture, and the observation group was given touching care in prone and supine position with music. The incidence of neonatal crying between the two groups was compared.
Results The clinical indexes of newborns in the observation group were excellent (P<0.05). The incidence of neonatal crying in the observation group was lower than that in the control group from 1 to 4 days after birth (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of touching the newborn in prone and supine position combined with music can promote the newborn to defecate as soon as possible, reduce jaundice index and relieve crying symptoms, showing good application effect.
