摘要
目的 探讨医护一体化快速康复护理模式在促进老年髋部骨折患者术后康复进程中的实际应用效果。方法 收集本院接受手术治疗的90例老年髋部骨折患者作为研究对象，依据简单随机化法将患者分为对照组45例和研究组45例，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用医护一体化快速康复护理模式，对两组患者的护理效果展开对比。结果 与对照组相比，研究组在生活质量评分及髋关节功能评分上均呈现显著优势。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对老年髋部骨折患者实施医护一体化快速康复护理，在促进患者髋关节功能恢复、提升整体生活质量方面成效显著。

Abstract
Objective To explore the practical application effect of the integrated rapid rehabilitation nursing model in promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with hip fracture who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were collected as the research subjects, and the patients were divided into the control group (45 cases) and the study group (45 cases) according to the simple randomization method. Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed significant advantages in quality of life score and hip function score. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of integrated medical and nursing rapid rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with hip fracture has achieved remarkable results in promoting the recovery of hip joint function and improving the overall quality of life of patients.
