The influence of diversified rehabilitation models on the recovery of knee joint function in patients with tibiofibular fractures
多元化康复模式对胫腓骨骨折患者膝关节功能恢复的影响

摘要

目的 探讨对胫腓骨骨折患者实施多元化康复模式下的干预的效果。方法 采集100例胫腓骨骨折病例作为观察对象，均来源于2023年2月-2025年2月期间本院骨科所收治的住院患者。病例被随机区分到不同的研究小组，即对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)，两组实施相同的手术治疗。术后对照组实施常规康复干预，观察组实施多元化康复模式下的干预。患者入组时，均应用Lysholm 膝关节评分量表和SF-36量表评估其膝关节功能与生活质量，干预后再次按照上述方式评估。观察患者术后情况，统计术后并发症发生率。结果 入组时两组膝关节功能评分结果组间比较显示P＞0.05，干预后观察组膝关节功能评分（86.33±2.12）分高于对照组（65.35±1.19）分，（P＜0.05）。两组干预后生活质量评分组间比较，观察组（87.65±5.72）分高于对照组（72.33±2.74）分，（P＜0.05）。观察组临床并发症发生率为4.00%，低于对照组20.00%，（P＜0.05）。结论 对胫腓骨骨折患者实施多元化康复模式下的干预可以更好的促进其膝关节功能恢复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of intervention under the diversified rehabilitation model for patients with tibiofibular fractures.
Methods A total of 100 cases of tibiofibular fractures were collected as observation subjects, all of whom were inpatients admitted to the Orthopedics department of our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025. The cases were randomly divided into different research groups, namely the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50), and both groups received the same surgical treatment. After the operation, the control group received conventional rehabilitation intervention, while the observation group received intervention under the diversified rehabilitation model. When the patients were enrolled, the Lysholm Knee Joint Score Scale and the SF-36 Scale were used to assess their knee joint function and quality of life. After the intervention, the assessment was conducted again in the same way. Observe the postoperative conditions of the patients and calculate the incidence of postoperative complications.
Results The comparison of knee joint function scores between the two groups at the time of enrollment showed P > 0.05. After the intervention, the knee joint function score of the observation group (86.33±2.12) points was higher than that of the control group (65.35±1.19) points (P < 0.05). The comparison of the quality of life scores between the two groups after intervention showed that the score of the observation group (87.65±5.72) was higher than that of the control group (72.33±2.74), (P < 0.05). The incidence of clinical complications in the observation group was 4.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing intervention under the diversified rehabilitation model for patients with tibiofibular fractures can better promote the recovery of their knee joint function.
