摘要
目的 探究发热伴感染患者有效的护理评估方式及干预路径,以提高护理质量,促进患者康复,为临床护理工作提供科学依据。方法 选取2024年3月-2025年3月在我院接受治疗的80例发热伴感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方式将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组在常规护理的基础上,实施基于全面护理评估的个性化干预路径。结果 实验组患者的体温恢复正常时间明显短于对照组(t=8.763,P=0.000);实验组感染控制时间显著少于对照组(t=7.215,P=0.000);实验组并发症发生率为低于对照组(χ²=4.114,P=0.043);实验组患者满意度高于对照组(χ²=5.165,P=0.023)。结论 对发热伴感染患者实施基于全面护理评估的个性化干预路径,能够有效缩短患者体温恢复正常时间和感染控制时间,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore effective nursing assessment methods and intervention paths for patients with fever and infection, so as to improve nursing quality, promote patients' rehabilitation, and provide a scientific basis for clinical nursing work. Methods A total of 80 patients with fever and infection who received treatment in our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, while the experimental group implemented a personalized intervention path based on comprehensive nursing assessment on the basis of conventional nursing. Results The time for body temperature to return to normal in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(t=8.763, P=0.000); the infection control time in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(t=7.215, P=0.000); the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(χ²=4.114, P=0.043); the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(χ²=5.165, P=0.023). Conclusion Implementing a personalized intervention path based on comprehensive nursing assessment for patients with fever and infection can effectively shorten the time for body temperature to return to normal and the infection control time, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
