摘要
目的 探究心理护理干预措施应用于青少年抑郁症患者时的作用。方法 本研究选取2024年1月至2025年1月期间纳入我院收治的90例青少年抑郁症患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法进行分组，将研究对象均衡分配至对照组（45例，实施常规护理）与研究组（45例，实施心理护理）。对两组患者的护理效果展开对比分析。结果 护理后，研究组患者的抑郁情绪评分较对照组更低，而其个人及社会功能评分则高于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对青少年抑郁症患者开展心理护理工作，不仅能够显著减轻其负面情绪，还可有效改善个人功能与社会功能。

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of psychological nursing interventions in adolescent depression. Methods This study selected 90 adolescent patients with depression who were admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 as the research subject. The random number table method was used to divide the research subjects into the control group (45 cases, with usual nursing) and the study group (45 cases, with psychological care). The nursing effects of the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results After nursing, the depressive mood scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while their personal and social functioning scores were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care for adolescent depressed patients can not only significantly reduce their negative emotions, but also effectively improve personal and social functions.
