摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤患者化疗期间开展标准化联合护理对化疗相关性恶心呕吐的影响。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2025年5月接受化疗肿瘤患者60例，根据其就诊单双号分组，单号30例为对照组，双号30例为观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上上实施开展标准化联合护理，对比两组患者护理后的化疗相关性的恶性呕吐情况以及满意度比较。结果 护理后，观察组患者对化疗相关的恶性呕吐情况优质于对照组，且观察组患者的护理满意度96%VS显著高于照组73%，差异均具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 在肿瘤患者化疗期间开展标准化联合护理可以有效改善化疗相关性恶心呕吐情况，且提高患者的护理满意度，值得在临床推荐和应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of standardized combined nursing care on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods Sixty cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2025 were selected and divided into two groups based on their medical records: a control group of 30 patients with single records and an observation group of 30 patients with even records. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received standardized combined nursing care on top of routine nursing care. The chemotherapy related malignant vomiting and satisfaction levels of the two groups of patients were compared after nursing care Compare. Results After nursing, patients in the observation group had a better response to chemotherapy related malignant vomiting compared to the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 96% VS significantly higher than that in the control group (73%), with statistical significance (p<0.05). Conclusion Standardized combined nursing during chemotherapy in cancer patients can effectively improve chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care. It is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
