Study on the nursing effect of preoperative stratified health education on ERCP patients with different educational levels
术前分层健康教育对不同学历水平ERCP患者的护理效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨术前分层健康教育对不同学历水平内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP）患者的护理效果。方法 收集2022年7月—2024年6月本院进行ERCP患者110例作为研究对象，依据Excel随机数发生器将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组应用常规方法进行护理健康宣教，观察组在对照组基础上进行分层健康教育，记录两组患者手术相关知识知晓率、紧张焦虑程度和护理满意度情况。结果 与对照组相比，观察组在手术相关知识掌握评分和满意度上显著更高，负性情绪评分显著更低。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过术前分层健康教育，能够对不同学历水平ERCP患者实施针对性健康宣教，从而显著提升患者对ERCP相关知识的掌握程度，缓解其负性情绪反应，并提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative stratified health education on patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with different educational levels.
Methods A total of 110 ERCP patients in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were collected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the Excel random number generator.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher scores and satisfaction scores in surgery-related knowledge, and significantly lower negative sentiment scores. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Through preoperative stratified health education, targeted health education can be carried out for ERCP patients with different educational levels, so as to significantly improve patients' mastery of ERCP-related knowledge, alleviate their negative emotional reactions, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing services.
