Case care of a patient with a huge mediastinal tumor
一例巨大纵隔肿瘤患者的个案护理

摘要

目的 探究1例巨大纵隔肿瘤患者的个案护理。方法 选取2024年8月5日本院收治的1例巨大纵隔肿瘤患者为研究对象，患者接受外科手术治疗，期间加强对其的围术期护理干预，包括术前心理护理、营养支持、术后并发症护理、舒适护理、呼吸道护理等综合性围术期护理措施，评价护理干预结果。结果 本例患者经综合性围术期护理干预后，生命体征平稳，营养状况明显好转，体重较入院时增加7kg，负面情绪得到改善，SAS评分降低至45分，未出现严重并发症，对本次护理感到非常满意。结论 加强对巨大纵隔肿瘤患者的综合性围术期护理干预可帮助其顺利渡过手术危险期，改善营养状况及负面情绪，减轻心理负担，积极预防并发症，改善预后。

Abstract

Objective To explore the case nursing of a patient with a huge mediastinal tumor.
Methods A patient with a huge mediastinal tumor admitted to our hospital on August 5, 2024 was selected as the research subject. The patient received surgical treatment. During this period, perioperative nursing intervention was strengthened for him, including comprehensive perioperative nursing measures such as preoperative psychological care, nutritional support, postoperative complication care, comfort care, and respiratory tract care. The results of the nursing intervention were evaluated.
Results After comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention, the vital signs of this patient were stable, the nutritional status improved significantly, the weight increased by 7kg compared with the admission, the negative emotions were improved, the SAS score decreased to 45 points, no serious complications occurred, and the patient was very satisfied with this nursing care.
Conclusion   Strengthening comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention for patients with huge mediastinal tumors can help them smoothly get through the surgical risk period, improve nutritional status and negative emotions, reduce psychological burden, actively prevent complications, and improve prognosis.
