Observation of the application effect of high quality nursing in internal fixation surgery for spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury
优质护理在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤内固定手术中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究优质护理在脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤内固定手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤需行内固定手术的患者80例进行研究，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施优质护理，对比两组患者术后恢复情况。结果 观察组患者术后并发症发生率为10%（4/40），低于对照组的27.5%（11/40）；观察组患者疼痛缓解有效率达87.5%（35/40），高于对照组的65%（26/40），观察组患者平均住院时间（14.2±2.3）短于对照组（18.5±3.1）。观察组患者对护理服务的满意度达到95%（38/40），明显高于对照组的75%（30/40），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理应用于脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤内固定手术，能有效降低术后并发症发生率，缓解患者疼痛，促进患者恢复，护理效果显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in internal fixation surgery for spinal fractures combined with spinal cord injuries.
Methods A total of 80 patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries requiring internal fixation surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for the study. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received high-quality care. The postoperative recovery of the two groups of patients was compared.
Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 10% (4/40), which was lower than the 27.5% (11/40) in the control group; The effective rate of pain relief in the observation group was 87.5% (35/40), which was higher than the control group's 65% (26/40). The average length of hospital stay in the observation group (14.2±2.3) was shorter than that in the control group (18.5±3.1). The satisfaction rate of the observation group patients with nursing services reached 95% (38/40), significantly higher than the control group's 75% (30/40), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing in internal fixation surgery for spinal fractures combined with spinal cord injuries can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, alleviate patient pain, promote patient recovery, and achieve significant nursing effects.
