系统化健康教育在脊柱骨折护理中的研究

摘要

目的 分析对脊柱骨折患者采用系统化健康教育的效果;方法 以前瞻性研究的形式,选取2024年1月至2024年12月这一年期间,我院收治的50例脊柱骨折患者。按照电子数字抽签法分组,观察组与对照组各25例。对照组为常规护理,观察组则联合系统化健康教育,对患者的健康知识掌握水平等相关指标进行比较;结果 观察组的脊柱骨折相关健康知识掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的心理状态及疼痛程度均显优(P<0.05);结论 应用系统化健康教育,能够为脊柱骨折患者提供全面的健康教育,增强患者对脊柱骨折相关健康知识的认知水平,纠正负性情绪与疼痛,促进患者的临床护理依从性提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of systematic health education for patients with spinal fracture;
Methods In the form of prospective study, 50 patients with spinal fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected. According to the electronic digital lottery method, 25 cases were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given systematic health education, and the patients' mastery level of health knowledge and other related indicators were compared.
Results The mastery rate of health knowledge related to spinal fracture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The mental state and the degree of pain in the observation group were significantly superior (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of systematic health education can provide comprehensive health education for patients with spinal fracture, enhance their cognitive level of health knowledge related to spinal fracture, correct negative emotions and pain, and promote their clinical nursing compliance.
