The effect of targeted nursing on improving postoperative anal pain and defecation in proctology
针对性护理改善肛肠科术后肛门疼痛和排便的效果

摘要

目的 浅析肛肠科手术患者采用针对性护理进行住院期指导，为缓解术后肛门疼痛，回复正常排便提供建议。方法 选取2024年5月至2025年5月本院接受治疗且签署知情同意书的肛肠科手术患者80例，采取随机原则将纳入本次研究患者平均分成选择针对性护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组，对比护理效果。结果 观察组患者肛门疼痛度评分低于对照组，同时排便次数和排便用时对比中均以观察组患者表现更好，两组对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者术后并发症率低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对肛肠科手术患者实施针对性护理的效果显著，有助于缓解术后疼痛，预防并发症，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To provide targeted nursing guidance for patients undergoing anorectal surgery during hospitalization, in order to alleviate postoperative anal pain and restore normal bowel movements.
Methods 80 patients who underwent anal and rectal surgery in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 and signed informed consent forms were selected. The patients included in this study were randomly divided into an observation group receiving targeted nursing and a control group receiving routine nursing, and the nursing effects were compared.
Results The anal pain score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group. At the same time, the observation group patients performed better in terms of defecation frequency and defecation time, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05); In addition, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing for patients undergoing proctology surgery has significant effects, helping to alleviate postoperative pain, prevent complications, and achieve precise intervention effects.
