摘要
目的 探究风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用及效果。方法 研究筛选出100例患者为研究对象，都于2023年1月-2024年12月在本院妇产科治疗，依照入院治疗顺序予以分组，常规护理管理的对照组（50例）、风险管理的观察组（50例），对比护理效果。结果 观察组护理质量评分，健康宣教（19.23±0.82）分、风险预防（19.55±0.78）分、风险意识能力（19.63±0.74）分、工作态度（19.87±0.90）分、工作能力（19.82±0.93）分明显高于对照组（14.75±1.19）分、（15.27±1.12）分、（15.18±1.09）分、（15.62±1.31）分、（15.34±1.26）分，观察组护理满意度高于对照组（98.00%＞86.00%），护理风险事件发生率低于对照组（4.00%＜20.00%），P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 风险管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果显著，有效提升护理质量，减少护理风险事件，提高护理满意度，建议推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of risk management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. Methods A total of 100 patients were selected as the research subjects and treated in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024. They were grouped according to the order of admission treatment, with a control group (50 cases) receiving routine nursing management and an observation group (50 cases) receiving risk management. The nursing effects were compared. Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group, including health education (19.23 ± 0.82) points, risk prevention (19.55 ± 0.78) points, risk awareness ability (19.63 ± 0.74) points, work attitude (19.87 ± 0.90) points, and work ability (19.82 ± 0.93) points, were significantly higher than those of the control group (14.75 ± 1.19) points, (15.27 ± 1.12) points, (15.18 ± 1.09) points, (15.62 ± 1.31) points, and (15.34 ± 1.26) points. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (98.00%>86.00%), and the incidence of nursing risk events was lower than that of the control group (4.00%<20.00%), with P<0.05. The differences were statistically significant. Learning significance. Conclusion The application of risk management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management has significant effects, effectively improving nursing quality, reducing nursing risk events, and increasing nursing satisfaction. It is recommended to promote its application.
