摘要
目的 探究鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后行口腔护理干预的效果。方法 选择我院在2024年4月份至2025年3月份收治80例患者进行研究，双盲法分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组口腔护理干预，分析患者的自我效能、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 两组患者通过不同的干预模式后，实验组患者的自我效能水平更佳，p<0.05，评估患者并发症发生率，实验组患者并发症发生率更低，p<0.05，评估患者护理满意度，实验组患者护理满意度更高，p<0.05。结论 对鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后提供口腔护理干预，可以提高患者自我效能水平，降低并发症的同时，提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective T investigate the effect of oral care intervention after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to March 2025 were selected for the study, and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group, the control group was treated with routine care, and the experimental group was treated with oral care intervention, and the patients' self-efficacy, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results After the two groups passed different intervention modes, the self-efficacy level of the patients in the experimental group was better, P<0.05, and the complication rate of the experimental group was lower, P<0.05, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher, P<0.05. Conclusion Oral care intervention for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy can improve the level of self-efficacy, reduce complications and improve patient nursing satisfaction.
