Application of Sanqi Qingdai ointment in the prevention and treatment of local complications caused by subcutaneous drug injection
三七青黛膏在预防和治疗皮下注射药物引起的局部并发症的应用

摘要

目的 观察分析三七青黛膏在预防和治疗皮下注射药物引起的局部并发症中的应用效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院本科内行皮下注射药物化疗的100例患者（样本纳入例数：100例；样本纳入时间：2025年1月至2025年6月），以随机数字为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，三七青黛膏。收集分析对局部并发症的预防和治疗效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（三七青黛膏）并发症发生率更低，无瘀斑占比高于对照组，轻度瘀斑、中度瘀斑、重度瘀斑占比低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 三七青黛膏可以有效减少行皮下注射药物化疗患者并发症发生率，改善预后促进恢复，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect and application value of Panax notoginseng green ointment in the prevention and treatment of local complications caused by subcutaneous injection.
Methods 100 patients undergoing subcutaneous injection chemotherapy in our hospital (sample number: 100 patients; sample inclusion time: January 2025 to June 2025) were selected and divided into two groups: control and experimental, highly consistent. Results Compared with the control group (usual care), the complication rate of the experimental group (Sanqi Qingdai cream) was lower, the proportion of no ecchymosis was higher than that of the control group, and the proportion of mild ecchymosis, moderate and severe ecchymosis was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   It can effectively reduce the complication rate of patients undergoing subcutaneous injection of drug chemotherapy, improve the prognosis and promote the recovery, and has a high application value.
