摘要
在医疗行业数字化转型的浪潮中，信息化技术已成为提升医院护理管理效率与质量的关键支撑。本文系统探讨了信息化技术在医院护理中的应用场景，包括电子病历系统、护理管理与人力资源系统、移动护理与物联网应用系统、不良事件管理系统等。评估信息化技术应用带来的效率提升、质量改善与成本控制效果，同时剖析了技术、管理与制度层面的现存问题，并针对性地提出改进对策。研究表明，信息化技术对护理管理模式革新具有显著推动作用，未来人工智能、区块链等新兴技术的深度融合将进一步拓展其应用边界。

Abstract
In the wave of digital transformation in the medical industry, information technology has become a key support for enhancing the efficiency and quality of hospital nursing management. This article systematically explores the application scenarios of information technology in hospital nursing, including electronic medical record systems, nursing management and human resource systems, mobile nursing and Internet of Things application systems, adverse event management systems, etc. The efficiency improvement, quality enhancement and cost control effects brought about by the application of information technology were evaluated. Meanwhile, the existing problems at the technical, management and institutional levels were analyzed, and targeted improvement countermeasures were proposed. Research shows that information technology has a significant promoting effect on the innovation of nursing management models. In the future, the deep integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain will further expand its application boundaries.
