摘要
目的 探讨老年痴呆患者认知功能训练的护理干预模式及其成效。方法 选取2023年5月至2025年1月期间毕节市中医医院诊治的老年痴呆患者80例作为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施认知功能训练护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后的认知功能(MMSE)、日常生活自理能力(ADL)和精神状态(BEHAVE-AD)。结果 干预后观察组的认知功能(MMSE)评分、日常生活自理能力(ADL)评分均高于对照组,精神状态(BEHAVE-AD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 认知功能训练护理干预能有效改善老年痴呆患者的认知功能、增强日常生活自理能力和改善精神状态,值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing intervention mode and its effect of cognitive function training in patients with senile dementia. Methods 80 patients with Alzheimer's disease treated in Bijie traditional Chinese medicine hospital from May 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received cognitive function training nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The cognitive function (MMSE), self-care ability of daily living (ADL) and mental state (have-ad) of the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention. Results after the intervention, the cognitive function (MMSE) score and the ability of daily living (ADL) score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the mental state (BEHAVE-AD) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion the nursing intervention of cognitive function training can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with senile dementia, enhance the ability of daily life and improve the mental state, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
