The effect of four-hand operation nursing cooperation on treatment efficiency and prevention of secondary caries in the treatment of multi-faceted caries filling of deciduous teeth in children
儿童乳牙多面龋充填治疗中四手操作护理配合对治疗效率及继发龋预防的影响

摘要

目的 探究儿童乳牙多面龋充填治疗中四手操作护理配合对治疗效率及继发龋预防的影响。方法 本研究选取2024年1月至2025年1月期间纳入我院接受充填治疗的96乳牙多面龋患儿作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法进行分组，将研究对象均衡分配至对照组（48例，实施常规护理）与研究组（48例，实施四手操作护理配合）。对两组的护理效果展开对比分析。结果 与对照组相比，研究组的填充总有效率更高，而患儿的继发龋发生率更低。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 运用四手操作护理配合模式，可有效增强儿童乳牙多面龋充填治疗的成效，并降低继发龋的出现概率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of four-hand operation and nursing cooperation on treatment efficiency and secondary caries prevention in the treatment of multi-faceted caries filling of primary teeth in children.
Methods In this study, 96 children with multifaceted caries of deciduous teeth who were included in our hospital for filling treatment from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The random number table method was used to divide the study subjects into the control group (48 cases, routine nursing) and the study group (48 cases, four-hand operation nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.
Results The study group had a higher overall filling rate compared to the control group, while the children had a lower incidence of secondary caries. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of four-hand operation and nursing cooperation mode can effectively enhance the effectiveness of multi-faceted caries filling treatment for deciduous teeth in children and reduce the chance of secondary caries.
