Effect of nursing pathway in hip arthroplasty operating room
髋关节置换术手术室护理路径的实施效果

摘要

目的 探讨手术室护理路径的应用，对髋关节置换术临床效果的影响。方法 在2023年1月-2024年12月开展本次对比实验，择此期间100例于我院接受髋关节置换术患者参与本次研究，采用电脑随机均分，给予分入参照组患者常规护理（50例），另外分入研究组患者给予手术室护理路径（50例），分析护理效果。结果 研究组VS参照组，研究组数据体现出优势性，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 经研究，手术室护理路径的应用，可缩短髋关节置换术时间，减少术中出血量，降低并发症，更利于患者术后康复，尽早出院，让患者切实感到满意，具有推广使用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of the operating room nursing pathway and its impact on the clinical outcome of hip replacement surgery.
Methods This comparative experiment was conducted from January 2023 to December 2024. A total of 100 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in our hospital during this period were selected to participate in this study. They were randomly and evenly divided by computer. Patients in the reference group were given routine care (50 cases), and patients in the study group were given the operating room nursing pathway (50 cases). The nursing effect was analyzed.
Results In the study group vs. the reference group, the data of the study group showed dominance and the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Through research, the application of the operating room nursing pathway can shorten the time of hip replacement surgery, reduce intraoperative blood loss, lower complications, be more conducive to the postoperative recovery of patients, enable them to be discharged earlier, and make patients truly satisfied. It has the value of promotion and application.
