摘要
围绕血液透析患者家庭护理的需求评估与支持策略展开研究，分析了当前家庭护理中存在的主要问题及照护者的实际需求。通过系统评估患者的生理、心理和社会支持状况，探讨了影响家庭护理质量的关键因素。同时，结合实际情况提出了加强培训、完善政策、推动机构联动、优化社区支持以及应用信息化技术等多方面的支持策略，旨在为提升血液透析患者家庭护理水平提供理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract
This study focuses on the needs assessment and support strategies for home care of hemodialysis patients, analyzing the main problems in current home care and the actual needs of caregivers. By systematically evaluating the physiological, psychological, and social support status of patients, key factors affecting the quality of home care were explored. At the same time, based on the actual situation, multiple support strategies have been proposed, including strengthening training, improving policies, promoting institutional linkage, optimizing community support, and applying information technology, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the level of home care for hemodialysis patients.
