Study on the effect of comprehensive intervention focusing on landscape convalescence for diabetes rehabilitation patients
糖尿病康复治疗患者实施以景观疗养为主的综合干预效果研究

摘要

目的 分析给予糖尿病患者以景观疗养为主的综合干预对其整体功能的影响。方法 纳入研究的30例糖尿病病例，均于2024年1月-12月在本院治疗。随机抽签分组后，对照组采取常规护理，观察组则进一步开展以景观疗养为主的综合干预。从炎症因子水平、血糖及患者情绪状态方面评估护理干预成效。结果 干预后，观察组CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组血糖水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组坚韧、自强、乐观评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 以景观疗养为主的综合干预，有助于糖尿病患者机体炎症因子水平的调节，有利于控制血糖水平，可增强患者心理弹性，整体干预效果值得肯定。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive intervention mainly landscape convalescence on the overall function of diabetes patients.
Methods 30 cases of diabetes included in the study were treated in our hospital from January to December 2024. After random drawing and grouping, the control group received routine care, while the observation group received further comprehensive intervention mainly focused on landscape therapy. Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions from the levels of inflammatory factors, blood glucose, and patient emotional state.
Results After intervention, the levels of CRP and TNF - α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); After intervention, the blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); After intervention, the observation group had higher scores in resilience, self-improvement, and optimism than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The comprehensive intervention focusing on landscape convalescence can help regulate the level of inflammatory factors in diabetes patients, help to control the level of blood sugar, and enhance the psychological resilience of patients. The overall intervention effect is worthy of affirmation.
