Effect of active nursing intervention on the efficacy and quality of life of patients with postherpetic neuralgia
积极的护理干预对带状疱疹后神经痛患者疗效及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 研究对带状疱疹神经痛患者在其护理工作中应用实施积极的护理干预时对其预后效果所展现的实施效果与实施价值。方法 本次研究的病例数为79例，他们均来自于2023年12月-2025年5月期间我院收治护理的带状疱疹神经痛患者，根据奇偶数随机原则将其分为对照组和观察组，分别应用常规护理干预和积极的护理干预，并对两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量指标、心理状态评分和护理满意度进行评价分析。结果 经干预后观察组包括焦虑评分和抑郁评分在内的心理状态评分相较于对照组更低，包括社会沟通、精神情况、心理情况、身体健康及运动情况在内的生活质量指标、护理满意度和临床总有效率相较于对照组更高。组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 对带状疱疹神经痛患者在其护理工作中应用实施积极的护理干预时其临床护理效果显著，能够有效改善患者的生活质量指标，提高患者的护理满意度和护理安全性，安抚缓解患者的不良心理情绪，值得在临床上进行推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and value of implementing proactive nursing interventions in the care of patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).
Methods This study involved 79 patients, all of whom were admitted to our hospital from December 2023 to May 2025. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using an odd-even randomization method. The control group received routine nursing interventions, while the observation group received proactive nursing interventions. Clinical outcomes, quality of life indicators, psychological state scores, and nursing satisfaction were evaluated and analyzed for both groups.
Results After the intervention, the psychological state scores, including anxiety and depression, in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Additionally, the quality of life indicators, including social communication, mental health, psychological well-being, physical health, and exercise, as well as nursing satisfaction and overall clinical effectiveness, were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group. The P-value between the two groups was less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference.
Conclusion   Implementing proactive nursing interventions in the care of PHN patients has shown significant clinical benefits. It effectively improves patients' quality of life, enhances their nursing satisfaction and safety, and alleviates their negative psychological states. This approach is recommended for clinical practice.
