Effects of red light irradiation therapy combined with skin care on skin physiological parameters in acne patients
红光照射疗法联合皮肤护理对痤疮患者皮肤生理参数的影响

摘要

目的 研究对痤疮患者应用实施红光照射疗法联合皮肤护理时对其皮肤生理参数所展现的实施价值与实施效果。方法 本次研究的观察对象均来自于2024年1月至2025年1月期间在我院开展治疗并护理的痤疮患者，共计64例，按照所有患者入院的先后时间顺序将其分为对照组和观察组，两组患者均接受红光照射疗法，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组联合皮肤护理。同时对两组患者的临床疗效、皮肤生理参数水平、不良反应发生率及护理满意度进行统计分析。结果 本研究中观察组的临床总有效率和护理满意度相较于对照组更高，包括红斑、大量脱屑、皮肤干燥在内的不良反应发生率相较于对照组更低，且包括经皮水分散失和血红素含量在内的皮肤生理参数水平在治疗后相较于对照组更低。组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 对痤疮患者应用实施红光照射疗法联合皮肤护理时能够有效改善其护理质量与护理效果，能够减少患者临床不良反应的发生，减缓患者经皮水分散失和血红素含量下降，加快患者的恢复进程，值得在临床上进行推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the value and effectiveness of combining red light therapy with skin care for acne patients in terms of their skin physiological parameters.
Methods This study involved 64 acne patients treated and cared for at our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Patients were divided into a control group and an observation group based on their admission order. Both groups received red light therapy, but the control group received only routine care, while the observation group also received skin care. Clinical efficacy, skin physiological parameters, adverse reaction rates, and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed for both groups.
Results The clinical overall effectiveness and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions, including erythema, significant desquamation, and dry skin, was lower in the observation group compared to the control group. Additionally, the levels of skin physiological parameters, such as transepidermal water loss and hemoglobin content, were lower in the observation group after treatment compared to the control group. The P-value between the two groups was less than 0.05, indicating a significant difference.
Conclusion   Combining red light therapy with skin care for acne patients can effectively improve the quality and effectiveness of care, reduce adverse reactions, slow down transepidermal water loss and hemoglobin content decline, and accelerate recovery, making it a valuable approach for clinical practice.
