摘要

目的 探讨LEARNS护理模式结合短视频健康教育对提高骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者出院指导达标率的效果。方法 选取2024年1月2024年12月本院收治的骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规出院指导,观察组实施LEARNS护理模式结合短视频健康教育,对比两组患者出院指导达标率、康复知识掌握程度及自我管理能力。结果 观察组出院指导达标率为92.5%(37例),显著高于对照组的70%(28例)(P<0.05);观察组康复知识掌握评分及自我管理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 LEARNS护理模式结合短视频健康教育能有效提高骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者出院指导达标率,增强患者康复知识掌握和自我管理能力,对患者出院后康复具有积极意义。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of LEARNS nursing model combined with short video health education on improving the discharge guidance compliance rate of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures.
Methods 80 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine discharge guidance, while the observation group received LEARNS nursing mode combined with short video health education. The compliance rate of discharge guidance, mastery of rehabilitation knowledge, and self-management ability were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results The compliance rate of discharge guidance in the observation group was 92.5% (37 cases), significantly higher than the 70% (28 cases) in the control group (P<0.05); The rehabilitation knowledge mastery score and self-management ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The LEARNS nursing model combined with short video health education can effectively improve the compliance rate of discharge guidance for patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures, enhance their mastery of rehabilitation knowledge and self-management ability, and have positive significance for their recovery after discharge.
