摘要
目的 探讨基于护理敏感指标的肺癌患者手术室护理方案在肺癌患者中的价值。方法 选择我院于2021年1月-2025年5月期间内收治的98例肺癌患者，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组和观察组，对照组和观察组各49例，其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采用基于护理敏感指标的肺癌患者手术室护理方案。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组手术时间、氧气吸入时间、引流管拔出时间、住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在对肺癌患者实施基于护理敏感指标的肺癌患者手术室护理方案取得明显的效果，可显著缩短患者手术时间和住院时间，降低术中出血量和术后并发症发生率，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the value of operating room nursing plans for lung cancer patients based on nursing sensitive indicators in lung cancer patients. Methods Ninety eight lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing methods, while the observation group received a lung cancer patient operating room nursing plan based on nursing sensitive indicators. Compare the nursing effects of two groups. Results The observation group had shorter surgical time, oxygen inhalation time, drainage tube removal time, and hospital stay than the control group, and the intraoperative blood output was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a nursing sensitive index based operating room nursing plan for lung cancer patients has achieved significant results, which can significantly shorten the patient's surgical time and hospitalization time, reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications, and has high application value.
