健康教育处方在痛经女大学生中的应用体会

摘要

目的 探讨健康教育处方对痛经女大学生的影响,并探索适合的健康教育新途径提供参考。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年11月期间因痛经就诊于某高校医务室的100例原发性痛经女大学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例,观察组给予健康教育处方,进行个性化指导,对照组仅采用口头健康宣教,主要评价指标包括痛经疾病知识知晓率、痛经程度缓解情况以及自我管理能力提升情况。结果 干预前,观察组与对照组在疾病知识的掌握、痛经的缓解程度及自我管理能力等方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预12周后,观察组在疾病知识的掌握、痛经的缓解程度及自我管理能力等方面的改善效果均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育处方能有效提高痛经女大学生的疾病知识掌握度、自我管理能力,进而显著缓解其痛经程度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of health education prescription on college students with dysmenorrhea, and to explore new approaches to health education for female college students with dysmenorrhea for reference.
Methods A total of 00 female college students with primary dysmenorrhea who visited the medical office of a university from September 2022 to November 2023 were selected research subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group with 50 cases. The observation group was given a health education prescription and personalized guidance, the control group only used oral health education. The main evaluation indicators included the awareness rate of disease knowledge, the alleviation of dysmenorrhea, and the improvement of selfmanagement ability.
Results There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the intervention (P>0.05). After 1 weeks of intervention, the observation group had significantly better improvement in the mastery of disease knowledge, the alleviation of dysmenorrhea, and self-management ability than the control, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Health education prescription can effectively improve the mastery of disease knowledge and self-management in female college students with dysmenorrhea, and thus significantly relieve their dysmenorrhea.
