Application effect of diversified rehabilitation nursing combined with narrative nursing in postoperative patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures undergoing percutaneous kyphoplasty
多元化康复护理联合叙事护理在胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术术后患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探究多元化康复护理联合叙事护理在胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术（PKP）术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的80例PKP术后患者，随机分为对照组（40例，行常规护理）和观察组（40例，采用多元化康复护理联合叙事护理），对比两组患者疼痛缓解情况、康复进度及并发症发生状况。结果 干预后，观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）为（2.2±0.7）分，低于对照组的（4.2±1.0）分；康复优良率达85%（34/40），高于对照组的60%（24/40）；并发症发生率为7.5%（3/40），低于对照组的22.5%（9/40），差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 多元化康复护理联合叙事护理能有效减轻PKP术后患者疼痛，加快康复进程，降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of diversified rehabilitation nursing combined with narrative nursing in patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP).
Methods 80 postoperative PKP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, receiving routine nursing) and an observation group (40 cases, receiving diversified rehabilitation nursing combined with narrative nursing). The pain relief, rehabilitation progress, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.
Results After intervention, the visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain in the observation group was (2.2 ± 0.7) points, which was lower than that of the control group (4.2 ± 1.0) points; The excellent and good rehabilitation rate reached 85% (34/40), which was higher than the control group's 60% (24/40); The incidence of complications was 7.5% (3/40), lower than the control group's 22.5% (9/40), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Diversified rehabilitation nursing combined with narrative nursing can effectively alleviate the pain of PKP postoperative patients, accelerate the rehabilitation process, and reduce the risk of complications.
