摘要
目的 探讨BOPPPS教学模式在皮肤科护士培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年10月—12月与2022年3月—6月我院两个病区护士各17名为研究对象。2018年中医科护士采用常规培训模式(对照组),2022年肿瘤科护士采用BOPPPS教学模式(观察组)。比较两组理论、操作及综合素质考核成绩。结果 观察组理论成绩(86.81±1.59)分、操作成绩(93.41±1.65)分、综合素质(90.22±1.58)分,均显著高于对照组的(72.14±2.76)分、(87.45±1.76)分、(84.55±1.78)分(P<0.001),护士对培训的总体满意度提高(P<0.001)。结论 BOPPPS教学模式可提升皮肤科护士理论水平、操作技能及综合素质及提高护士对培训的总体满意度,缩短临床适应期,为专科优质护理奠定基础。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of BOPPPS teaching mode the training of dermatology nurses. Methods A total of 17 nurses from two departments of our hospital from October to December 2018 and from March to June2022 were selected as research objects. The medical nursing staff in 2018 used routine training mode (control group), and the oncology nursing staff in2022 used BOPPPS teaching mode (observation group). The results of the theory, operation and comprehensive quality of the two groups were compared. Results scores of the observation group were (86.81±1.59) for the theory, (93.41±1.65) for the and (90.22±1.58) for the comprehensive quality, which were significantly higher than those of the control group, which were (72.1±2.76), (87.45±1.76) and (84.55±1.78), respectively (P&;0.001). The overall satisfaction of the nursing staff with the training was improved (P<0.001). Conclusion BPPS teaching mode can improve the theoretical level, operation skills and comprehensive quality of dermatology nurses, and improve the overall satisfaction of the nursing staff with the training, shorten the clinical period, and lay the foundation for high-quality nursing in the specialty.
