摘要

目的 分析新护士培训中PBL结合情景模拟教学对人文关怀能力及核心胜任力的影响。方法 以新护士为主要研究对象,与2023年10月-2024年10月选取本院入科新护士60名进行研究,其中2023年10月-2024年3月的30名新护士培训期间采用传统教学模式,视为参照组;2024年4月至研究结束的30名护士采用PBL结合情景模拟教学,视为研究组。所有护士培训后均接受问卷调查,采用CAI(人文关怀能力评价量表)评估人文关怀能力,并使用护士核心胜任力量表评价胜任力。统计后进行比较。结果 研究组护士无论是人文关怀能力,还是核心胜任力均高于参照组,有差异和统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对新护士采用PBL结合情景模拟教学方法,不仅能够促进其人文关怀能力的提高,还能够使其核心胜任力得到提升,在新护士培训中的采纳价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching on humanistic care ability and core competence in new nurse training.
Methods New nurses were taken as the main research objects, and 60 new nurses who entered the department of our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected for research. Among them, 30 new nurses from October 2023 to March 2024 adopted the traditional teaching mode during training, which was regarded as the reference group; 30 nurses from April 2024 to the end of the study adopted PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching, which was regarded as the research group. All nurses were surveyed after training, and CAI (Humanistic Care Ability Evaluation Scale) was used to evaluate humanistic care ability, and the core competence scale of nurses was used to evaluate competence. Statistics were compared.
Results The humanistic care ability and core competence of the nurses in the research group were higher than those in the reference group, with significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method for new nurses can not only promote the improvement of their humanistic care ability, but also improve their core competence, and has a high adoption value in the training of new nurses.
