摘要
目的 分析支气管介入诊疗中应用优质护理的效果。方法 以2024年7月-12月收治的100例行支气管镜介入诊疗的患者作为研究对象，运用双盲法分成对照组与实验组，每组50例，给予对照组常规护理，实验组应用优质护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果 实验组的诊疗依从性、并发症发生率、心理状态评分以及护理满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在支气管镜介入诊疗患者中应用优质护理，能够提升患者的诊疗依从性，降低并发症发生率，改善焦虑、紧张等负性情绪，提高护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in bronchial interventional diagnosis and treatment. Methods From July to December 2024, 100 patients who underwent bronchoscopic interventional diagnosis and treatment were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the double-blind method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing. Results The treatment compliance, incidence of complications, psychological status score and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion s The application of high-quality nursing in patients with interventional bronchoscopy can improve the compliance of diagnosis and treatment, reduce the incidence of complications, improve negative emotions such as anxiety and tension, and improve nursing satisfaction.
