一例“经尿道左侧输尿管结石钬激光碎石取石术+腹腔镜根治性左肾切除术”患者护理

摘要

目的 整合1例经尿道左侧输尿管结石钬激光碎石取石术+腹腔镜根治性左肾切除术患者资料，分析该患者护理过程中的关键问题及其应对措施，进一步总结经验，提升护理质量。该患者同时伴有高血压、糖尿病等基础疾病，术后需要精细化的护理干预。通过严格监测患者生命体征、血糖、血压等，及时调整护理措施，预防并发症，促进术后恢复。结果显示：采取精细化护理干预后，患者术后恢复良好，生命体征平稳，未出现明显并发症，患者与家属对护理满意。该护理模式具有较高的实用性，可作为类似患者护理的参考，推广至其他相关临床护理实践中。

Abstract

Objective To integrate the data of a patient who underwent transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy and stone removal for left ureteral calculi and laparoscopic radical left nephrectomy, analyze the key issues and countermeasures in the nursing process of this patient, further summarize the experience, and improve the quality of nursing. This patient also has underlying diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, and requires meticulous nursing intervention after the operation. By strictly monitoring the patient's vital signs, blood sugar, blood pressure, etc., timely adjusting nursing measures can prevent complications and promote postoperative recovery. The results showed that after the implementation of refined nursing intervention, the patient recovered well after the operation, with stable vital signs and no obvious complications. Both the patient and their family were satisfied with the nursing. This nursing model has high practicality and can be used as a reference for the care of similar patients and promoted to other related clinical nursing practices.
