手臂输液港植入干预研究的范围综述

摘要

目的 综述手臂输液港在植入领域的研究进展,以期为临床应用和未来研究方向提供指导和参考。方法 对2018至2024年间手臂输液港在植入干预方面的研究文献进行系统性检索,检索工作覆盖PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库以及中国生物医学文献数据库,经过严格筛选后进行数据提取和归纳性分析。结果 共纳入22篇文献,其中包括12项类实验研究,7项随机对照实验研究、1项案例报告、1项指南和1项综述性研究,样本量跨度从1例至3524例。研究比较手臂与胸壁输液港,利用超声和心电图优化导管定位,并通过信息化管理提高治疗规范性。结局指标包括并发症、手术时间、定位准确性、疼痛评分、美容效果及患者满意度,为临床提供手臂输液港安全性和有效性证据。结论 有助于全面了解手臂输液港技术在临床实践中的应用情况、疗效和安全性,为临床决策、和未来研究方向提供科学依据。

Abstract

Objective To review the research progress of arm infusion ports in the field of implantation, in order to provide guidance and reference for clinical applications and future research directions.
Methods A systematic search was conducted on research literature on implantation intervention in arm infusion ports from 2018 to 2024, covering PubMed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Database, VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database, and China Biomedical Literature Database. After strict screening, data extraction and inductive analysis were performed.
Results A total of 22 literatures were included, including 12 categorical experimental studies, 7 randomized controlled trials, 1 case report, 1 guideline, and 1 review study, with sample sizes ranging from 1 case to 3524 cases. Research comparing arm and chest wall infusion ports, optimizing catheter positioning using ultrasound and electrocardiogram, and improving treatment standardization through information management. The outcome measures include complications, surgical time, localization accuracy, pain score, cosmetic effect, and patient satisfaction, providing evidence for the safety and effectiveness of arm infusion ports in clinical practice. The conclusion is helpful for a comprehensive understanding of the application, efficacy, and safety of arm infusion port technology in clinical practice, providing scientific basis for clinical decision-making and future research directions.
