摘要
目的 探讨胃、十二指肠溃疡患者给予综合护理对再出血发生率的影响。方法 选取胃、十二指肠溃疡出血患者78例，随机分为观察组（综合护理）和对照组（常规护理）各39例，对比效果。结果 观察组康复指标、再出血发生率低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理可有效降低胃、十二指肠溃疡患者再出血发生率，效果良好。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive on the incidence of rebleeding in patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers. Methods A total of 78 patients with bleeding due to gastric and odenal ulcers were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (comprehensive nursing) and a control group (routine nursing), each with 39 cases, and results were compared. Results The recovery indicators and the incidence of rebleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of rebleeding in patients with gastric duodenal ulcers, and the effect is good.
