Analysis of nursing path to improve the cooperation degree of infertility women
不孕症女性治疗配合度提升的护理路径探析

摘要

目的 探讨提升不孕症女性治疗配合度的有效护理路径，为改善不孕症治疗效果、提高患者生活质量提供科学依据。方法 在2024年1月至2025年1月期间，于我院生殖医学中心，严格按照纳入与排除标准，选取80例不孕症女性患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组40例。对照组采用常规护理模式，实验组实施基于个性化需求评估、心理干预、健康宣教、治疗过程跟进及家庭支持强化的护理路径。结果 实验组患者治疗配合度评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组患者治疗周期内按时复诊率和治疗完成率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 该护理路径能够有效提升不孕症女性的治疗配合度，缓解负面情绪，保障治疗顺利进行，对提高不孕症的临床妊娠率、促进患者身心健康具有重要意义，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore effective nursing pathways to enhance the cooperation of infertile women in treatment, providing scientific evidence for improving treatment outcomes and enhancing patients' quality of life.
Methods From January 2024 to January 2025, at our Reproductive Medicine Department,80 infertile female patients were selected as research subjects according to strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group was provided with a nursing pathway based on personalized needs assessment, psychological intervention, health education, follow-up during treatment, and enhanced family support.
Results The treatment cooperation scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the improvement in anxiety and depression levels was better in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05); both the timely re-visit rate and the completion rate of treatment within the treatment period were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion   This nursing pathway can effectively improve the treatment cooperation of infertile women, alleviate negative emotions, ensure smooth treatment, and is significant for increasing the success rate of infertility treatment and promoting patients' physical and mental health, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
